“Geol. Soc. of America just published my blog on recently held First-Joint International Meeting titled “Roof of the World” between the Geological Society of China and Geological Society of America.
As a Secretary of the GSA International Section, I had the privilege to attend this meeting in Chengdu, Sichuan Province and witness China’s tremendous growth associated with technology, science, urbanization, and trade. I just want to share my experience through this blog. Beside me, Dr. Yan Zheng was the other faculty who participated this First Joint Meeting. Both of us chaired session and gave invited talks. I will be submitting another narrative with pictures for the Graduate Center soon. I appreciate your approval towards posting this blog on our webpage.”
