The Department of Education has just announced the 2019 Fulbright-Hays/DDRA fellowship competition. Please see the notice below. The Graduate Center’s internal deadline for applications will be Monday, March 4, by 5:00 p.m. in order to allow for review of applications prior to the U.S. Department of Education’s transmittal deadline of March 25. No extensions to this deadline will be possible. Polgar Fellowship program is a student research program conducted through the Hudson River Foundation in cooperation with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
